Minnesota Farmfest 2025
Minnesota Africans United (MAU) for the second time will attend, lead an agribusiness and investment trade mission to Farmfest in Morgan, Minnesota. Farmfest provides a plethora of networking opportunities, learning new farming technologies and learning more about the American farming culture. Big at Farmfest this year will be machinery.
Your involvement in these two significant global food and agriculture events offers valuable opportunities to form partnerships and foster investment in Iowa, Minnesota, and Wisconsin. Participants will learn about agricultural business incubators, startup resources for farming and fertilizers, farm machinery, cooperative formation, technology integration in food processing, and models of agricultural success. These efforts aim to benefit both individuals and the broader economic and social development of Africa and Minnesota, laying the groundwork for sustainable agribusinesses.
In addition to these agribusiness trade missions to Farmfest, Iowa, and Wisconsin, MAU will host the U.S.-Africa Trade and Investment Summit on August 1–2 in Minnesota. This two-day conference will facilitate collaboration, provide opportunities for individuals to learn, network, and grow their network and mutual trade and investment opportunities involving Minnesota, Iowa, and Wisconsin.
MAU is seeking high level speakers with high knowledge about doing business in Africa and the US. If you’re interested in speaking or exploring investment connections, kindly email Basil Ajuo with your resume and proposed topic to bajuo@mnafricansunited.org
