Recently, we had the opportunity to meet with Vice Chancellor Ron Anderson, of the Minnesota State Colleges and University system, President Merrill Irving, Jr., of Hennepin Technical College, President Kent Hanson of Anoka Ramsey Community College, President Barbara McDonald of North Hennepin Community College, and Vice President of Diversity and Inclusion Jean Maierhofer at Hennepin Technical College regarding educational barriers facing African Immigrants in Minnesota.
